RSM Awards and Cultural Celebration shine at the 6th PTSC National Convention

Batac, Ilocos Norte – To showcase the rich culture of each archdiocese and to recognize the remarkable achievement and contributions of the qualified members of the Professional and Technically Skilled Crusaders (PTSC), 7 RSM awardees were honored during the 6th PTSC Convention held at Mariano Marcos State University, on August 24, 2024.

The recipients of the awards included:

– Prince Dr. Estrellito V. Magliba (CDCC Overall Administrator)

– Dr. Marie Fe J. Sibbaluca (Tarlac Archdiocese)

– Dr. Marvelous R. Samoy (Palawan Archdiocese)

– Dr. Bernadette A. Mayangao (Ilocos Sur-Abra Archdiocese)

– Dr. Armando Cinco (TRMV Archdiocese)

– Dr. Mariel Bariwan Vicente

– Dr. Nova Frade Busakay (Kalinga Archdiocese)

Each awardee had the opportunity to inspire attendees with their meaningful messages during the celebration

The RSM Award is given to outstanding individuals who have earned doctorate degrees or equivalent qualifications, and who are expected to use their knowledge for the enhancement of the congregation.

Meanwhile, the event also featured the Mr. and Ms. PTSC, where each archdiocese presented their talents and their cultural heritage by wearing costumes that symbolises their respective places where Engr. Arvin Salmasan and Ms. Jhonamae Cabacungan from the Ilocos Norte Archdiocese were crowned Mr. and Ms. PTSC 2024.
