CDCCPI celebrates 16th Holy Spirit Week with Annual Procession and Mass Power-giving

San Fabian, Pangasinan – Members from various archdioceses gathered to celebrate the annual Holy Spirit Week Procession and mass power giving on April 27, 2024.
Both the procession and mass power-giving are highly anticipated events, offering significant spiritual enrichment through solemn rituals.
The mass power-giving ceremony, attended by thousands of Crusados, was led by Prince Estrellito V. Magliba, CDCDPI Overall Administrator, where members utter their prayers, seeking for strength and power they need to aid them with their lives.
Meanwhile, the spiritual procession, commonly referred to by Crusados as “libot”, members gather as they march around the municipality of San Fabian while showcasing their disciplined nature and their devotion as they march harmoniously together.
Members lined up with their respective archdiocese to ensure a peaceful and well-coordinated procession.
Under the leadership of esteemed clerics, the procession embodied a profound display of CDCC faith and tradition, earning respect of the entire municipality of San Fabian, where Sta. Cecilia Bascilita — CDCCPI central church stands.
After the procession, the images of Apo Sta. Maria, Apo Resurrection, Ina CVM, and Apo RSM were blessed sequentially by Msgr. Regalado Doctor as they entered the church, followed by a salve mass.
To members, the procession, steeped in tradition and faith, served as a reminder of the enduring power of spirituality in the hearts and minds of the Crusaders.
Both the Mass Power-Giving and the procession are held just once a year to honor the life and holiness of Mons. Dr. Rufino S. Magliba, revered as the Holy Spirit and founder of the Crusaders of the Divine Church of Christ.
